# 법인 유효기한 갱신

신한 법인카드 지속 사용을 위해서는 5년 단위로 법인 유효기한 갱신이 필요해요.

법인회원 유효기한 갱신을 위해서는 **신한은행 영업점을 직접 방문**하신 후, **필요 서류**를 제출해주세요.

* 신한카드는 회원약정 체결 기한(법인 유효기한)까지 제반 카드 서비스를 제공해요.
* 유효기한이 도래하면, 기존 거래 실적 등을 바탕으로 약정 만기 연장 여부를 재평가해요.\
  (일부 법인고객은 사전 동의 절차를 거쳐 만기가 연장되기도 해요.)

* 법인 유효기한이 지나면, 개별 카드의 유효기한과 관계없이 해당 법인의 모든 카드 사용이 불가능해요.
* 법인 유효기한을 갱신할 때는 한도 재심사가 함께 진행돼요.
* 법인 유효기한 갱신은 카드 유효기한 갱신과 별도 절차예요.\
  두 절차를 같은 것으로 착각하기 쉬우니, 반드시 정해진 기한 내에 갱신 절차를 완료해주세요.
* 신한카드 갱신 담당자가 Unicorn 카드의 특성을 정확히 인지하지 못해, 간혹 대표자 연대보증 서명을 요청하는 경우가 있어요. 연대보증인이 Finflow인 경우, 대표자는 연대보증 서명을 하지 않으셔도 돼요.
