# 외부감사대상 법인 필요서류

외부감사 대상 법인은 신용평가의뢰서, 법인인감증명서, 법인인감 PNG 파일을 추가로 제출해주셔야 해요.

## 외부감사대상이란?

주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률'에 따라, 회사로부터 독립된 외부 감사인에게 회계감사를 받아야 하는 회사를 말해요

<mark style="color:$info;">다음 중 하나라도 해당하면 외부감사대상이에요.</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">주권상장법인이거나, 상장을 앞둔 회사</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">직전 사업연도 말 자산총액이 500억원 이상</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:$info;">직전 사업연도 매출액이 500억원 이상</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:$info;">아래 5가지 중 2개 이상 해당</mark>\ <mark style="color:$info;">· 자산총액 120억원 이상</mark>\ <mark style="color:$info;">· 부채총액 70억원 이상</mark>\ <mark style="color:$info;">· 매출액 100억원 이상</mark>\ <mark style="color:$info;">· 종업원 수 100명 이상</mark>\ <mark style="color:$info;">· (유한회사) 사원 수 50명 이상</mark>

외부감사대상 법인은 재무제표의 신뢰도를 외부에서 이미 검증받은 상태라, 신한카드가 신용평가·인감 관련 서류를 별도로 요청드려요.

신한카드에서 법인 평가 후 공유가 되기 때문에 미리 알 수 없어요.

* 외부 감사대상 법인인 경우, 법인인감 이미지 수취가 필요해요.
* 송부해드린 신한카드의 표시된 부분을 모두 작성해주셔야해요.
* 서류를 보내실 때는 작성 의무가 없는 페이지도 누락 없이 모두 포함해주세요. 종이 한 장에 서류 한 쪽씩, 단면으로만 인쇄해주세요(양면 인쇄 불가).
