### 해외이용 사전 확인사항

유효기간이 경과한 카드는 이용이 불가해요!\
유효기간보다 오래 해외에 체류하실 경우 재발급이 필요해요.

### 해외안전 정보 및 재외공관정보 참조

해외 여행 또는 체류시의 유의사항 및 방문 국가의 치안상황 등의 정보를 사전에 확인하시고, 위급상황 발생시 도움을 요청할 수 있는 현지 재외공관 연락처 정보를 확인해 주세요.

### 해외이용 시 유의 사항

#### 해외결제 비밀번호 ISP

> #### **ISP(Internet Secure Payment)**
>
> 국내 신용카드사(KB국민카드, BC카드, 우리카드 등)에서 제공하는 온라인 결제 보안 서비스로, 해외결제 시 비밀번호 6자리를 요구할 수 있어요.

* 비밀번호 설정 상태는 하기 페이북/ISP 결제를 담당하는 브이피 고객센터 혹은 카드사 고객센터에서 안내받으실 수 있어요.
  * (주) 브이피 고객센터 : 1577-3033
  * 신한카드 고객센터 : 1544-7000

#### 거래 취소 시

해외이용 후 거래를 취소하시는 경우, 취소증빙 자료(취소영수증, 전표, 이메일, 인터넷 캡처화면 등)를 보관해주세요. 향후 취소 미반영 문제가 발생했을 때 증빙서류로 활용하실 수 있어요. 또한 가맹점의 취소거래 발생 후 통상 30일 이내에 카드로 취소금액이 반영되는데, 기한 내 반영되지 않을 경우에는 해당 취소 증빙서류를 첨부해 문제를 해결해 드릴 수 있어요.

#### 카드 이용 거래 불가로 현금이나 기타 방법(타 카드 포함)으로 결제 시

해외매장 단말기의 일시적인 통신장애 등으로 카드거래가 실패하여 현금이나 타 결제수단으로 대신 결제하신 경우, 가급적 오류거래에 대한 취소확인서를 받아두시는 게 좋아요. 취소확인서 발급이 어려운 경우에는 타 결제수단의 실 결제 영수증을 반드시 보관해주세요. 추후 가맹점 또는 현지 카드사의 오류로 이중청구가 발생했을 때, 이 증빙자료를 통해 문제 해결을 도와드릴 수 있어요.

#### 해외 이용 한도

해외이용 시 국내이용과 동일하게 잔여한도 내에서 일시불거래를 이용하실 수 있어요.\ <mark style="color:$info;">(해외이용한도 = 총한도 - 국내이용한도, 단 해외이용한도를 별도 설정시에는 예외)</mark>

### 대금 청구

#### 해외이용거래 안내

> 승인 당시 국내일자가 아닌 해외 현지 이용일자를 기준으로 청구돼요. 국제브랜드사(비자, 마스터카드, JCB, 아멕스)가 현지 거래금액을 미화(USD)로 환산하여 신한카드로 접수하며, 신한카드는 접수일자에 신한은행이 최초로 고시한 환율을 적용해 원화로 청구해요. 본 청구금액에는 국제브랜드수수료와 해외서비스수수료가 포함돼요.

* 국제브랜드수수료율 (MASTER 1%)

#### 원화청구금액 계산식

\*이용금액(미화)에는 국제브랜드수수료가 포함되어 있어요.

* 국제브랜드수수료율 (MASTER 1%)

각국의 해외 현지통화로 거래하신 경우, 국제브랜드사에서 정산 기준 통화인 미국달러(USD)로 전환되어 신한카드로 접수돼요.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**② 해외서비스수수료**</mark> = 거래미화금액(국제브랜드수수료 미포함 달러금액) × 신용 0.18% / 체크 0.2% × 전신환매도율

#### 해외이용거래 시 청구지연  안내

현지 가맹점 및 금융기관(카드사, 매입은행등)의 사정으로 인하여 접수/매입이 늦어질 수도 있으므로, 신한카드의 청구기준일 이후에 접수되는 거래는 청구가 지연될 수도 있어요.
