# 공동인증서 관리

공동인증서 등록부터 관리까지 안내해드려요!

### 공동인증서는 왜 필요한가요?

FinFlow Unicorn 카드는 공동인증서를 기반하여 수집한 데이터를 카드사에 전달하여 신용 평과 결과를 받고 있어요.\
카드사가 제공하는 FinFlow Unicorn 법인카드 한도 유지를 위해서는 공동인증서 관리가 필수에요.

### 공동인증서는 이렇게 활용돼요

* 법인의 공동인증서를 기반하여 수집된 데이터(현금흐름, 투자 유치 여부 등)를 카드사에 전달하여, 신용평가를 통한 한도를 부여받고 있어요.
* 법인카드 가입 시 동의해주셨던 약관에 따라 카드사가 제공하는 한도 유지 및 상향 심사를 위해 공동인증서 관리가 필수에요.
* 법인의 정보 업데이트 필요 및 원활한 카드 사용을 위한 지속적인 데이터 수집이 진행될 수 있도록 이용 중인 은행(금융기관) 및 국세청과 연동된 유효한 공동인증서로 등록해줘야해요.

### 국세청(홈택스) 공동인증서 등록 방법

카드 발급 및 한도 상향 신청, 법인 정보 업데이트 요청 시 국세청 홈택스에 등록된 공동인증서로 등록이 필요해요.\
인증서를 통해 카드 발급 필수 서류인 사업자등록증, 표준 재무제표 및 법인 등기부등본을 자동으로 수집하여 간편하고 빠르게 카드 신청하실 수 있어요.

<mark style="color:$info;">인증서 선택창이 뜨면 목록에서 인증서를 선택하고 비밀번호를 입력 후 확인 버튼을 누르면 인증서가 등록돼요.</mark>

공동인증서는 은행 또는 인증기관을 통해 발급받으실 수 있어요.\
단, 홈택스에서는 발급이나 갱신이 되지 않아요. 재발급하거나 갱신한 공동인증서는 홈택스에 다시 등록해야 사용하실 수 있어요.

발급 방법이나 용도에 대한 자세한 내용은 은행 또는 인증기관 홈페이지에서 확인해주세요.

### 금융기관 공동인증서 등록 방법

다수의 은행을 이용하고 계신다면, 등록해주실 인증서에 이용 중인 은행을 연동해 주시면 원활한 확인이 가능해요.

* 각 은행사 홈페이지 내 \[인증센터] → \[타행·타기관 인증서 등록] 진행
* 새로운 은행용 또는 범용 공동인증서가 거래하고 있는 모든 금융기관과 연동된 경우,해당 인증서를 FinFlow Unicorn에 추가 등록해주시면 모든 금융기관이 자동 등록돼요.

은행(금융기관) 또는 국세청과 연동되지 않거나, 데이터 확인이 불가(유효하지 않은)한 인증서가 등록된 경우 카드사 한도 정책에 따라 Unicorn 법인카드 한도가 하향되거나 0원으로 조정될 수 있어요.

### 금융기관 공동인증서 보안 프로그램 설치 방법

공동인증서 등록 시 보안 프로그램 설치가 자동으로 진행돼요.\
다른 보안 프로그램의 인증 모듈이 설치돼 있거나 모듈이 오래된 버전일 수 있어요.\
핀플로우 인증 모듈을 다시 설치한 뒤, 실행 중인 다른 인증 프로그램이 있으면 종료하고 다시 시도해주세요.

### 공동인증서 조회/추가연동/갱신

<mark style="color:$tint;">**\[공동인증서 관리]**</mark>에서 연동된 인증서와 기관 현황을 확인하실 수 있어요.\
최소 1개 이상은 **'정상'** 상태여야 하며, 모두 '만료'됐거나 만료까지 1개월 이내로 남았다면 이 페이지에서 갱신해주세요.

연동 버튼을 눌러 법인 공동인증서를 추가하시면, 연동된 모든 금융기관이 자동으로 등록돼요.

### 공동인증서 삭제

공동인증서 연동을 해제하실 경우, **`한도 조회`, `한도 산출`, `카드 신청`** 등 서비스 이용이 제한돼요.
